Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong technical understanding of eCommerce solutions and integrations. The role focuses on expanding long-term partnerships by identifying growth opportunities across scandiweb’s digital commerce, development, and experience services. Our Key Account Managers work with international eCommerce brands and enterprise clients such as Puma, Läderach, Samsung, and The New York Times, helping them scale their digital commerce operations. The role combines strategic account growth with active sales engagement to uncover opportunities within existing and prospective client organizations.RequirementsStrong knowledge of web development and/or project management methodologiesTechnical understanding of eCommerce components and structureHands-on experience selling digital solutionsSelf-motivation to learn new frameworks and systems to advance your expertiseFamiliarity with eCommerce platforms such as Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Hyvä, Akeneo, or PimCoreExperienced in nurturing relationships with clientsConfident communication skills – can express yourself clearly in spoken, written, and presentation formatsAbility to translate business objectives into clear technical and commercial proposalsFluent in spoken and written English. scandiweb works internationally.
