Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. 2\+ years of experience as a data analyst analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, etc. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. **PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** The Compliance and Quality Control (CQC) Division is undertaking a project involving transforming the existing Solicitation Review System from its current architecture built using Microsoft PowerAutomate, Microsoft Forms, Excel\-based data storage, and PowerBI visualizations into a redesigned workflow and data management system built on Jotform. The contractor will serve as the Business Analyst, providing structured requirements gathering, documentation, gap analysis, validation, and testing support. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating and leading any requirements gathering meetings with CQC staff. The project involves collaboration with the Senior Systems Advisor, who will be responsible for system design and development. The current Solicitation Review System uses: Microsoft Forms for data entry PowerAutomate for workflow automation, email generation, and PDF creation Excel files as the underlying data store PowerBI dashboards for data visualization The system must be migrated to Jotform, which will replace Microsoft
