K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of unique end-to-end consultative solutions in the enterprise applications, AI, and cloud space.Role OverviewK2 University (K2U) is evolving into a workforce enablement and transformation partner, helping enterprises realize value from SAP and digital transformation programs.We are seeking a K2U Alliances Manager to build and scale strategic partnerships across the Americas, with a focus on the United States.This is a revenue-owning role responsible for translating alliances—primarily within the SAP ecosystem and ERP Simulation (ERPSim) —into enterprise pipeline, co-sell opportunities, and scalable enablement programs, while creating a foundation to expand into additional strategic partnerships.This role will:Position K2U as a key enablement partner within the SAP ecosystemExpand the footprint of ERPSim as an entry point into enterprise engagementsDrive alliance-led revenue growth across the US market, specifically for the K2U segment.Key Responsibilities1. Alliance Development (SAP-Centric)Build and grow relationships within the SAP ecosystem (SAP, partners, GSIs)Leverage ERPSim as a strategic entry point for enterprise clientsIdentify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand K2U’s ecosystem2. Revenue & Pipeline OwnershipGenerate and convert alliance-driven education pipeline in the USDrive co-sell motions with SAP and partner organizationsEmbed K2U into SAP-led transformation programs3. Go-To-Market & Offer ActivationPosition K2U offerings across:Learning Needs Analysis (LNA)Workforce enablement & adoptionSAP capability development programsEnable partners to integrate K2U into their transformation delivery models4. Executive Stakeholder EngagementBuild relationships with key stakeholders across SAP and partner organizationsRepresent K2U in partner meetings, events, and strategic discussionsAct as a trusted advisor on enablement and adoptionSuccess MetricsAlliance-driven pipeline generation and revenue (US focus)Number of co-sell opportunities and joint deals closedExpansion of SAP and ERPSim-led engagementsGrowth of strategic partnerships beyond SAP over timeSkills and Experience 6–10 years in alliances, partnerships, or enterprise salesStrong experience within the SAP ecosystem (preferred)Proven ability to generate revenue through partnershipsExperience engaging with enterprise clients and consulting partnersCommercial mindset with a clear focus on revenue and outcomesAbility to translate partnerships into tangible business opportunitiesStrong relationship builder with executive presenceEntrepreneurial approach with the ability to expand beyond core partnerships over timeLocation: RemoteSalary: $90,000-$100,000 + commissionThis job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
