The Appointment Setter is a detail\-oriented, go\-getter who enjoys taking MASSIVE action and making a positive impact in other people’s lives. Responsibilities: * Communicating back and forth with potential clients via Instagram and Facebook direct messenger systems * Scheduling 6\-8 sales calls a week on our sales teams calendar * Check the Program Application Type Form daily and schedule any new applicants for a sales call * Scheduling and rescheduling sales calls on our sales teams calendar * Sending confirmation messages daily to potential clients to confirm their calls prior to the scheduled time slot they booked to help decrease no show rates * Refer leads who do not want to schedule a call to the current lead magnet * Message / follow up with 750 leads a week (\~150/day) * Organize leads in our lead tracker Result
