Operations Associate

Job OverviewWe’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects across the business. In this role, you’ll manage project trackers, monitor timelines, create SOPs, and ensure teams stay aligned and on schedule.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, provide status updates, and help improve operational processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience using tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, and AI tools such as ChatGPT in a fast-paced, remote environment aligned with UK working hours.Core Tasks:Assist in leading and managing projects from inception to completionCoordinate communication and output between multiple teamsMaintain project tracker with up-to-date information and status updatesProvide regular reporting on and constantly assess project statuses and progressFacilitate collaboration across project teams as neededAct as point of contact for all project updates and initiativesDrive project timelines, manage risks, and ensure team adherence to quality standardsAdjust workflows and processes in response to changing requirements and feedbackCreate and edit relevant SOPsPerform other ad-hoc IT, training, research, and administrative tasks as requiredMust-Have:3+ years experience in a operations or project Management roleExperience working in a fast-paced setting managing teams and multiple projectsKeen attention to detail with a high level of conscientiousness and executionExperience using Clickup for project management (or similar tool)Strong written and verbal English communication skillsIntermediate Excel / Google SheetsHands on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and a willingness to share knowledgeFamiliarity with Slack and Gmail/Suite for internal team communicationAbility to work full-time in UK-aligned timezoneNice to Have:Experience working in Ops / PM for an ecommerce company Originally posted on Himalayas
