When you join our team, you will enjoy more than just a job, you will be empowered to develop and utilize your unique talents and skills to build a rewarding career while making a lasting, positive impact on the planet.Our Values and Leadership BehaviorsAbout the roleWe are seeking a high-impact FP&A Manager, reporting into our Senior Director, FP&A, to lead and scale our enterprise capital planning and investment governance process across Technology, Product, Engineering, and Operations, with selective support for G&A functions.This role sits at the center of how the company allocates capital and will partner closely with senior leadership to drive investment decisions and bring discipline and transparency to capital deployment. You will own the end-to-end capital planning lifecycle, from intake and prioritization to approval, tracking, and post-investment performance evaluation.This is a highly visible role with direct influence over multi-million dollar investment decisions and a meaningful opportunity to shape how capital is deployed across the organization.Key responsibilitiesCapital budgeting & governanceDesign, implement and operate a scalable capital budgeting process including project intake, scoring/prioritization, approval thresholds, funding allocation, and governance forums.Implement and enforce CAPEX policies and approval workflows in partnership with Accounting and LeadershipLead capital governance forums and ensure consistent, disciplined decision-making across functions Improve transparency and accountability across the investment approval process.Business cases & financial modelingBuild and maintain rigorous capital models (NPV, IRR, payback, scenario/sensitivity analysis) and standardized business-case templates for companywide investments.Evaluate trade-offs across projects and recommend funding prioritization tied to strategic objectives.Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable insights for executive leadershipLong-Range Planning & Capital StrategyDevelop multi-year capital plans aligned with company strategy, growth priorities, and resource constraints Partner with functional leaders to translate product roadmaps, engineering plans, and operational initiatives into investment plans Identify capacity constraints and capital allocation trade-offs across the organization Support annual planning and long-term strategic planning processesPost-implementation reviews & performance improvementOwn end to end tracking of capital investment including budget vs. actual, commitments, milestones, and variances Prepare exec-level CAPEX reporting and dashboards on performance.Conduct benefits-realization reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive process improvements to increase forecasting accuracy and ROI.Automate reporting, standardize templates, and shorten approval cycle times.Cross-functional partnership & stewardshipWork across the organization to develop cost estimates, align headcount/capacity plans, and prioritize investments.Mentor junior analysts and run capital governance meetings.Qualifications6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, capital planning, project finance, or similar roles supporting technology.Strong financial modeling skills (NPV, IRR, scenario/sensitivity analysis) and proven experience building investment business cases.Direct experience owning or running capital budgeting, CAPEX governance, or project portfolio processes.Knowledge of software capitalization accounting and CAPEX/OpEx distinctions.Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning systems (Anaplan, Adaptive) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.MBA required.Knowledge, skills, & abilitiesResults-oriented with a bias for action and continuous-improvement mindset.Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.Collaborative influencer able to work across technical and financial stakeholders.Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Business Travel (How much will you travel?)<5%Location (Where will you be working?)Remote within the United StatesPay Range (How much might yo
