Principal Developer, Application and Data IntegrationMyers-Holum is expanding operations to India, and is actively seeking experienced Principal Developers with strong application integration and data integration experience to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the India Practice.Responsibilities:Hands-on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or other data integration/pipelining tools.Managing, monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting, and supporting existing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Dell Boomi platform, or other relevant tools.Develop custom data integration solutions to ingest data from multiple sources (cloud and on-premise) using various data integration/pipelining tools, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)Design, build, and test custom data warehouse solutions using platforms such as Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)Integrate with REST API endpoints, and applications like Netsuite.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and determine data migration and integration requirements.Establish best practices in services development, integration of applications, and govern detailed designs generated by vendors.Monitor and report on progress in completing engagements and accomplishing goals.Interface with internal/external technical experts to drive system solutions.Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Proactively address potential and/or current integration challenges to meet or exceed established timelines, deliver services within budget constraints, and seek ways to reduce application-related costs.Lead product implementation from start to finish, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and end users.Conduct product training and technical workshops with clients/end users.Qualifications and Skills:6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with a strong focus on enterprise application and data integration.6+ years of experience delivering end-to-end integration solutions for enterprise software or cloud-based services.4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Dell Boomi.Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), including Gen3 environments, is highly preferred.Strong experience integrating with REST APIs, including authentication and authorization mechanisms; hands-on experience with OAuth (OAuth 2.0) is highly preferred.1+ year of experience working with NetSuite, including integrations and data flows.Knowledge of ERP data models and business processes across finance, supply chain, or operations.3+ years of experience with data management using Oracle or other relational databases.Proficiency in SQL, with Oracle SQL preferred (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake acceptable).3+ years of experience with data warehouse and data integration projects, using ETL, data integration, or data pipelining tools.Proficiency with at least one cloud or on-premise data integration/data pipelining tool such as Fivetran, Stitch, Talend, AWS Glue, Nexla, Informatica, or Oracle Data Integrator.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control (e.g., GitHub or GitLab) is highly preferred, particularly for managing integration deployments and promoting changes across environments.Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) concepts and platform-as-a-service environments is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead client-facing discussions.Ability to lead integration initiatives, govern solution design, and act as a trusted technical advisor.10+ years of overall professional experience preferred.Why Become an MHIerYour Life at Myers-Holum & What you Can Expect:Do you desire collaboration?
