**Bookkeeper, Restaurant Systems Pro** We build software that helps restaurant operators stop losing money. Food cost. Labor cost. Manager accountability. The gap between a profitable restaurant and a struggling one often comes down to whether someone is watching the numbers closely enough. That is what we do. And we need a bookkeeper who takes that same mindset into our own house. This is not a clock\-in, clock\-out role. You will own the financial records of a growing SaaS company. That means the books are clean because you made them clean, not because a supervisor checked behind you. **What you will actually do:** * Record and reconcile all financial transactions in our proprietary system and supporting tools. You will be trained on our platform. * Own bank reconciliations and general ledger accuracy across all accounts * Prepare journal entries, manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle payroll with precision * Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis to verify data integrity * Support budgeting, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance **What you need:** * Real experience with accounting software. QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or equivalent. Not "familiarity," actual working proficiency. * Solid command of GAAP, double\-entry bookkeeping, and account reconciliation * AP/AR and payroll experience. Tax exposure is a plus. * Strong attention to detail.
