If you bring a fun, positive attitude, love connecting with people, and know how to turn trust into results,we’dlove to meet you.Shift Details: 8am-5pmPay Details: $19/hr-$25/hr (DOE)Responsibilities:Drives Generic sales in a targeted group of accounts.Achieves monthly sales/activity goals established in conjunction with department manager. This may include but not limited to call volume, % of calls leading to an order, order volume and revenue.Monitors and analyzes reports and data to measure profitability growth of PRxO generics; develops and implements strategies to insure continued success of that growth.Demonstrates meticulous follow-through when interacting with customers; tailors solutions and sales messages to meet the customer’s needs and continuously follow-ups to capture additional business and revenue opportunity. Use of the HUB will be mandatory to update customer activity to insure visibility to the field sales counterparts.Updates existing customers on any new programs, promotional activity, promote different pricing strategies, new/existing products and services as well as inquires and assists with any current issues or unresolved problems.Collaborates with Field Sales, specifically the Sales Executive role, to create account-specific strategies taking into consideration such factors as customer's vision and goals, current PRxO sales and compliance, and generics best practices.Develops a deep understanding of customer needs through dialogue; develops competitive knowledge at both the market level (e.g., services provided by competitors) and the specific customer level (e.g., what is the specific competitive environment for this customer) to teach the customer and tailor the solution allowing for targeted and appropriate application of ABDC Suite of Solutions.Partners with Corporate Generics team and other Generic Directors to implement a single, consistent PRxO approach.Aligns on a single set of components to incorporate in account-specific compliance and new sales strategies.Supports and executes individual programs to drive PRxO sales (e.g., new product launches, brand drug conversion, compliance efforts.Provides feedback, industry knowledge and specific recommendations to Corporate Generics team on programs, policies, products and prices.Must be willing to travel on a limited basis to annual meetings.Performs related duties as assigned.Education:Associate's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or similar vocations or equivalent experienceExperience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.Skills and Knowledge:Must have 2+ years sales, customer relationship management, pharmaceutical sales, or a related roleAbility to adjust to daily product/procedure changesAbility to build and maintain customer relationships/committed to customer satisfactionCompetent understanding of sales management, sales planning and goal setting, successful strategic and Challenger selling techniques, and related informationAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, for the purpose of disseminating informationStrong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working and business relationshipsAbility to interpret customer financial data and develop successful strategies to deal with financial issues that are identifiedAbility to interpret industry trends and competitive information and develop strategies and tactics to respond to changes in the marketplaceStrong creativity skills; focused and disciplinedCompetent understanding of Customer Value ChainWorking knowledge of computers necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programsKey Strengths for SuccessRelationship-based mindset with a genuine passion for customer serviceConsultative selling skills and the ability to turn insights into actionStrong communication, listening, and follow-up skillsCollaboration and partnership across teams and functionsStrategic thinking, prioritization, and sound business judgmentAdaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvementAccountability
