**Responsible for contacting businesses, property managers, schools, offices, and commercial buildings to generate leads, schedule walkthroughs, submit cleaning proposals, and help Full Service Cleaners LLC secure new service contracts.**
**Full Service Cleaners LLC** is a family\-owned and operated commercial cleaning company providing janitorial services, recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, trash\-outs, pressure washing, and related facility services. We serve commercial buildings, schools, offices, warehouses, churches, property managers, and other business clients.

Job Summary
The Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative is responsible for finding new business opportunities for Full Service Cleaners LLC. This position focuses on contacting businesses, schools, offices, property managers, churches, warehouses, and other commercial buildings to generate leads, schedule walkthroughs, follow up with potential customers, and help the company secure new cleaning contracts.
This role requires strong communication, professionalism, follow\-up, organization, and the ability to represent Full Service Cleaners LLC in a positive and professional manner. The main goal of this position is to bring in new commercial cleaning contracts and help grow the company.
Main ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively finding potential customers, including but not limited to:
* Commercial office buildings
* School districts
* Churches
* Warehouses
* Medical offices
* Property management companies
* Retail businesses
* Banks
* Law offices
* Government or municipal buildings
* Apartment complexes
* Construction companies
* Businesses needing recurring janitorial service
The employee may be required to research businesses online, build call lists, identify decision\-makers, and keep records of potential leads.
Cold Calling and Outreach
The Sales Representative will contact potential customers by phone, email, social media, in\-person visits, and other approved methods.
Duties may include:
* Calling businesses to ask who handles cleaning contracts
* Finding out when current cleaning contracts expire
* Asking whether the business is accepting cleaning bids
* Getting the correct contact person’s name, phone number, and email
* Sending company information when requested
* Following up with leads after the first contact
* Scheduling walkthroughs or meetings for estimates
* Keeping communication professional at all times
