We're built on radical accountability and competitive greatness, so you'll be surrounded by people who own their lanes and hold themselves to a high standard. **What We Expect From You** You'll own the patient communication and the admin work that keeps everything moving: * EHR data entry and keeping patient records accurate * Verifying insurance coverage (we'll train you on our process) * Making follow\-up calls when needed * Helping patients with scheduling and questions * Taking on new projects as they come up **A few things are non\-negotiable:** * At least 2 years of direct customer service experience in a remote role. This is a hard requirement.
