You own your work without being chased, you catch the mistake before it becomes a problem, and you figure things out on your own instead of waiting to be told what to do. You're steady when someone on the other end of the line is stressed or emotional, and you never let it rattle how you show up. Every month we support hundreds of moms across the country with insurance\-covered breastfeeding care through pregnancy and postpartum. Everything we do runs through one question first: what's right for the mom on the other end. We're built on radical accountability and competitive greatness, so you'll be surrounded by people who own their lanes and hold themselves to a high standard. **What We Expect From You** You'll own the patient communication and the admin work that keeps everything moving: * EHR data entry and keeping patient records accurate * Verifying insurance coverage (we'll train you on our process) * Making follow\-up calls when needed * Helping patients with scheduling and questions * Taking on new projects as they come up **A few things are non\-negotiable:** * At least 2 years of direct customer service experience in a remote role. This is a hard requirement.
