From marketers and strategists to financial analysts and data engineers, and so much more, we’re all passionate about crafting a world where children, families, and organizations can thrive. As theWorkday Principal Payroll Analyst,youwill report directly tothe SeniorPayrollManagerfocusingon cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimizeessentialpayrollfunctions.Take your Workday skills and career to the next level, mastering complex projects while expanding your leadership and advisory skills with a fast-growing team!Responsibilities:Support payroll operations, reporting, compliance, and legal requests in partnership with the Senior Payroll ManagerDevelop andmaintainWorkday payroll dashboards, reports, and analyticsEnsure payroll data accuracy through audits, validation, and data governanceProvide technical support for Workdaypayroll;resolve payroll, timekeeping, tax, and systemissues;recommendprocess improvementsMonitor payroll processes for cross-functional impacts and escalate recurring issues or training needsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsPartnerwithpayroll, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define testing requirements, coordinate release readiness, andvalidatesystem changesServe as the liaison between functional and technical teams andmaintainWorkday documentation and training materialsWorkday Testing & Release Management:Plan and execute testing for Workday configurations, enhancements, integrations, and biannual releases across HCM modulesPerformfunctional, regression, user acceptance, and integration testing, including validation of external data interfacesManage test environmentsanddocument and track defects,validatefixes, and report testing resultsEnsure testingcomplies withdata governance and audit requirementsQualifications:2–5+ years of experience inpayroll,HRIS, QA testing, or HCM systemsStrong understanding ofpayroll compliance and WorkdaypayrollprocessingExperience with testing tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsOur benefits meet you where you are.
