Job Description

The Account Coordinator supports the Campaign Manager by driving execution and supporting client communication logistics. This role is foundational to ensuring that internal teams are organised, informed, and equipped to deliver excellent work.This is an entry-level position with clear progression routes to offsite Campaign Manager.Tasks:The day-to-day tasks of the role:Campaign Loop Involvement:StrategyClosely work with Campaign Manager to proactively identify risks or dependencies and opportunitiesCollaborate with Campaign Manager to optimize accountCreateWrite and submit design and video briefs for internal teams, based off of broader Design and Video Strategy (from CM)Review creative deliverables for brand and brief alignment.Pod Dependent: Send to Campaign Manager for final approvalSupport creative & tech workflows: manage seedbox, coordinate feedback, and ensure timely deliveryQA all client-facing creative for accuracy, especially direct-to-social assetsLaunchWorks with Delivery team day to day to ensure timely deliveries, however does not lead overall Sprint planningExecute on final deliverables where needed (e.g. send marketing emails, publish blog posts, etc)Attends or contributes to stand upsGeneral SupportPrepare client meeting agendas and planned activity recapsTake clear, actionable meeting notes, flag concerns or delays, and send follow-upsTranslate meeting outcomes or client direction into tasks in Productive (including necessary commentary) and assign them to the appropriate team members.Maintain a proactive presence in client pods, tailoring support based on account needsKPIsHow this role is measured:InternalTimeliness and accuracy of task entries and brief submissionsBrief and asset QA accuracy (low rework rate)On-time delivery of client meeting notes and follow-upsCompletion rate of assigned task actions in ProductiveExternalSmooth execution of creative deliverables in line with timelinesPositive internal feedback from Campaign Managers and creative teamsJob RequirementsSkills & Experience1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, creative, or project coordination role (agency experience a plus)Strong understanding of marketing basics (content, paid, design, social)Experience using task/project management tools (e.g. Productive, Asana, Trello)Confident note-taker and communicator in meetings and client-facing settingsFamiliarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Communication & OrganisationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to take complex discussions and turn them into clear action pointsOrganised, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ballStrong attention to detail, especially in reviewing copy, visuals, and deliverables Work Ethic & MindsetProactive and eager to take initiativeCalm under pressure and solutions-orientedEnjoys working in a team and helping others succeedGrowth mindset — keen to learn and take feedbackSalary: 35K - 40K USD a yearOriginally posted on Himalayas
