You’re the person who turns “almost there” into “completed”—helping learners stay engaged, supported, and moving forward.In this fully remote role, you’ll go beyond assessments. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping learner journeys, removing roadblocks, and making sure students don’t just start—but finish strong.Key Responsibilities:Assess student work in line with nationally recognized training frameworksSupport learners throughout their journey to ensure progression and completion.Identify and manage LLND support needs and escalations.Collaborate with trainers to ensure a consistent student experience.Deliver training sessions via video conferencing when required.Monitor learner engagement and provide timely follow-ups.Maintain accurate and timely assessment records.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications (Must-Have):Experience working in an RTO or vocational education environment.Background in training, assessment, or student support.Strong communication skills, especially in virtual settings.Ability to manage multiple learners across different stages.Experience using LMS platforms and virtual collaboration tools.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):TAE qualifications (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards it).Experience delivering or assessing Cert IV TAE or similar programs.Strong understanding of LLND support practices.Experience in remote learner engagement strategies.Ability to handle escalations with a calm, solutions-focused approach.Why Join PeoplePartnersThis is more than a remote role—it’s a chance to grow your career while doing meaningful work.
