Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, chat, and in\-person interactions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail\-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person.
* Process orders, quotes, returns, and customer requests accurately.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
* Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Follow up on open issues and provide timely updates to customers.
* Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email applications.
* Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
