**Creative Strategist Purpose** The purpose of the Creative Strategist Role at TheElixir is to turn winning angles into winning ads — at scale. As a Creative Strategist, you understand that the success of a creative relies on 3 things: * The depth at which you understand the avatar — their desires, fears, awareness level, and exact language * The depth at which you understand our products — what they do, why they work, and why ours is different * The depth at which your skill allows you to take an angle and turn it into a concept, a brief, and a finished ad that stops the scroll, channels desire, destroys objections, and makes buying feel inevitable You have the power to move millions of people with your ideas. Your creative is the foundation of every dollar we spend on ads. Without the right concept — no budget, no media strategy saves the campaign. Your purpose at TheElixir is to build the creative that funds this company's growth. **Who This Is For** This role is for a creative strategist who has already been in the trenches. You have built creative that has run at serious scale — we're talking campaigns that have handled multi\-five\-figure daily spend. You know what it feels like when a concept hits and spend climbs. You know what it feels like when a creative dies at scale and you have to diagnose why fast — was it the hook, the angle, the format, the offer, or the account. You've built for brands spending $1M\+ per year on Meta. You understand that creative at that level is a different game — the avatar is sharper, the competition is heavier, the margin for generic bullshit is zero. You don't need hand\-holding. You don't need someone to give you the concept. You come in, you dig into the avatar, you find the emotional truth, and you turn it into creative that makes people feel seen — and then buy. If you've only built for small budgets, hobby projects, or organic content — this is not your role yet. **Creative Strategist Primary Roles** Ongoing: * Perform deep avatar and market research weekly — Reddit, TikTok comments, Amazon reviews, competitor ad libraries — and translate findings directly into creative concepts * Develop original angles and concepts — you don't just execute briefs, you own the idea from insight to finished ad * Build 3–5 net\-new creative concepts per week across multiple brands — video, native, static * Write and brief native advertorials, VSL scripts, podcast\-style scripts, and static ad concepts * Build detailed concept briefs for our editors and designers to execute, then review the executed ads to ensure the brief was followed correctly * Own the testing structure — what gets tested, how it's isolated, when it's killed, when it graduates to scaling * Analyze winners and losers weekly — identify what voice, moment, belief, enemy, and format carried the winner, and build new clusters around the common core * Attend weekly team calls to discuss what's winning, what's losing, and what's next * Work dir
