Join us in shaping the future of XS and unlock your potential in an environment that values diversity, growth, and excellence.Responsibilities:Assist with product or application related inquiries.Helping to identify and initiate corrective action by determining the most cost-effective solution.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Liase with other departments to escalate and resolve all client's issues in a timely manner.Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support operations and program objectives.Requirements:2+ years of experience in a similar role.Previous experience in FX business is a PLUS.Proficient Microsoft Excel user. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a MUST. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.Eagerness for continuous professional development.High level of autonomy and trust, support of ideas and opportunity to influence directly company results.High-impact contribution to dynamic business at a growth phase.Good numerical skills.
