Currently, we are looking for a German-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to join a growing international sales team focused on helping B2B companies generate qualified business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, initiating conversations with senior decision-makers, and booking qualified sales meetings. This position is ideal for an experienced outbound sales professional with a strong track record in cold calling, appointment setting, and business development.

Your Duties
As a German-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Conducting outbound prospecting via phone and email
Engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
Booking qualified sales meetings for clients
Managing follow-up communication with prospects
Maintaining accurate records of prospecting activities
Meeting outbound activity and appointment-setting targets
Building relationships with potential clients through consistent outreach
Collaborating with internal sales teams to ensure successful handover of qualified leads
RequirementsProven experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or business development
Demonstrated track record of consistently booking qualified sales meetings
Excellent cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills
Native or near-native German language skills
Strong verbal communication and objection-handling abilities
Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Resilient with a strong hunter mentality
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience selling complex B2B products or services is an advantage
English language Upper Intermediate (B2) or above
