The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.Owens & Minor is seeking a highly experienced SAP MM & WM Consultant with strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience handling large-scale SAP supply chain and warehouse transformation projects independently. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading projects end-to-end, driving business discussions directly with stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions with minimal supervision.This role requires deep expertise in SAP MM and SAP WM, strong ownership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage critical supply chain initiatives across procurement, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and integration landscapes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP MM & WM implementations, rollouts, support, and enhancement projects.Independently drive project discussions with business stakeholders, leadership teams, warehouse operations teams, and IT teams.Work as a solution owner for SAP MM/WM-related initiatives and provide strategic recommendations to business users.Handle projects single-handedly from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare support when required.Work closely with offshore teams and coordinate with functional, technical, integration, and infrastructure teams.Analyze business processes and propose scalable SAP-driven solutions for warehouse and procurement optimization.Configure and support:PurchasingInventory ManagementLogistics Invoice VerificationWarehouse ManagementRF processesPut away & Picking strategiesStorage Unit ManagementBatch ManagementHandling Unit ManagementSupport inbound, outbound, replenishment, cycle counting, physical inventory, and shipping processes.Work on integration between SAP and external WMS/3PL systems.Coordinate with EDI and middleware teams for interface design, issue resolution, and enhancements.Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and production support activities.Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and warehouse optimization projects.Create project documentation, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.Act as a primary point of contact for SAP MM/WM-related escalations and critical issue resolution.Leadership ExpectationsStrong leadership and decision-making capabilities.Ability to independently manage and lead SAP projects with minimal supervision.Proven experience driving workshops, discussions, and executive-level meetings.Experience managing customer expectations and handling stakeholder communications effectively.Ability to prioritize critical
