You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, keep quotes moving quickly, and ensure engagements reflect the quality, care, and innovation we’re known for.Working closely with Account Directors and our creative, technical, and production teams, you’ll help translate client goals into clear action – while making clients feel confident, supported, and excited about the work. Location: In-Office (with flexibility) at Milwaukee, WI headquarters.What You’ll Do:Support Account Directors by managing day-to-day execution for assigned accounts and projectsTake a lead role in quoting and estimating, including gathering requirements, coordinating internal and external inputs, and preparing clear, accurate proposalsManage house accounts and smaller engagements independently, ensuring a high-quality client experienceAct as a key liaison between clients and internal project, creative, and technical teamsHelp translate client needs into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverablesTrack project details including budgets, change orders, and approvalsProactively flag risks, ask smart questions, and help solve problems before they impact clientsLearn and grow into deeper client ownership over time, with mentorshipWhat We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, production support, or a related customer service roleStrong interest in quoting, estimating, and understanding how projects are scoped and pricedA natural sense of urgency, paired with attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple tasks and prioritiesClear, professional communication skills both written and verbalA collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in wherever neededComfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCuriosity about audio visual production, digital content, and live experiencesA proactive, detail-oriented approach and eagerness to learnA genuine interest in building relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams alikeWhy Stamm MediaWork with a collaborative, high-performing team that truly enjoys working togetherBe part of a respected event technology company with a national footprintCollaborate on innovative, high-impact, uniquely creative projects for major brandsGrow your career within a supportive, people-first cultureHave a real voice in shaping client relationships and projectsOriginally posted on Himalayas
