Job Description
Content \& GTM Strategist (Contract, Part\-Time to Full\-Time)
Rate: $25\-$35/hour
Hours: 15\-20 hours/week, scaling to full\-time for the right fit
Location: Remote. Open to US and international candidates with consistent overlap with US business hours.
Engagement: Independent contractor, with a path to a full\-time ongoing role based on performance.
About the role
We are a B2B company building ServiceNow integrations and agentic workflows for banks, credit unions, and fintechs. We are looking for a Content \& GTM Strategist to own the planning engine behind our content marketing \- blogs, whitepapers, and social.
This is a strategy and planning role, not a writing role. We have writers on staff and a senior technical architect who supplies the domain substance and points you at the right topics. You bring the structure: what we publish, for which buyer, in what sequence, on which channel, and how we measure it. You turn direction into a plan and a brief; the team executes.
You do not need ServiceNow or banking experience. You need to know how to build and run a B2B content marketing program and ramp quickly on a technical domain with guidance.
What you will own
* Build and maintain the content strategy: pillars, topic pipeline, and editorial calendar for blogs, whitepapers, and social.
* Map every piece to a buyer stage and audience segment so content moves prospects through the funnel.
* Write briefs for our in\-house writers \- angle, audience, key points, structure, CTA \- so they can execute without re\-planning.
* Plan and schedule social distribution; track engagement and report what is working.
* Analyze content and campaign performance, and feed the results back into the next cycle of planning.
What we are looking for
* Demonstrated experience planning a B2B content program \- editorial calendars, content\-to\-funnel mapping, or campaign plans \- with results you can point to.
* A clear process for ramping on an unfamiliar technical subject by working with subject\-matter experts.
* Comfort briefing writers and directing distribution rather than producing every asset yourself.
* Working fluency with content planning, SEO fundamentals, social scheduling, and analytics \- enough to plan and measure, not necessarily to execute every tool hands\-on.
* Consistent overlap with US business hours for working sessions with our architect.
Writing samples are not required. We are hiring for strategy and planning.
How to apply
Send:
* A strategy artifact you built \- an editorial calendar, content\-to\-funnel map, or campaign plan \- and the results it produced (traffic, leads, engagement).
* A short micro\-trial (designed to take under 2 hours): Given that we sell ServiceNow integrations to community banks and credit unions, draft a one\-page 30\-day content plan \- three pillars, five topics mapped to buyer stage, the channels, and the cadence. We are evaluating how you structure a plan and approach a domain you are new to, not po
