Your future role at a glance: **Location:** Remote**Department:** Ascension Contact Center \- Centralized Scheduling**Schedule:** Day shift l Full\-time \| Hours vary between 7:00am\-7:00pm Monday\-Friday**Salary range:** $18\.31 \- 24\.77 per hour \#ACC \#LI\-Remote How you'll make an impact in this role: * You will manage scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring clinical resources and patient time are used with maximum efficiency. * You will accurately capture demographic and insurance info to ensure a seamless checkout and billing experience. * You will resolve scheduling hurdles and provide clear, empathetic guidance to patients regarding their pre\-service requirements. * You will support the insurance authorization process to ensure patients get the care they need without delays. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. + Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional requirements you'll need: * Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. * Experience scheduling patient appointments via phone and chat correspondence. * Experience taking high volume calls in a health\-care setting. * Ability to navigate multiple systems in a remote environment. * Experience with Athena, Epic, Dash, Genesys or Salesforce.
