We are looking for an online cross-cultural trainerto provide customized virtual sessions to our clients. Job Information: We are looking for an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to facilitate a "Working Across Cultures" program virtually.Program Details:- We have a family (2 adults + 2 children 5yo and 8yo), they will relocate from Brazil to Bucharest, Romania in August. They have 7 hours and 2 online assessment licenses (for the assignee and the spouse to use) available. - Availability: During the week, after work, GMT -3 (Brasilia) - before the relocation Responsibilities:Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging sessions that prepare attendees for the cultural adjustment curveDelivering personalized programs that address business, social, and practical relocation issues while encouraging client participation in developing the skills needed to achieve cultural competenceCommunicating in an efficient, effective, and professional mannerQualifications:Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in EnglishPrevious experience in providing Cultural TrainingTrainers have either a degree or have attended classes and/or seminars in Intercultural Studies or related fieldsHome and Host Country experience is preferred but not requiredGood communication and presentation skillsAll Global LT trainer positions are freelance positions.
