Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and chat. * Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, ensuring clarity and resolution. * Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to address client needs and provide updates. * Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow\-ups using CRM tools. * Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to management for process enhancements. * Assist in preparing client reports and documentation as needed. * Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating necessary information and resources. * Stay informed about PACC Foods Inc products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Qualifications \& Skills * Minimum 1 years of experience in client support, customer service, or account coordination roles. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach. * Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality service. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with team members. * Familiarity with the food industry or supply chain processes is a plus but not required.
