Role OverviewThis is a 2-3 month contract-to-hire position with opportunity to go permanent. The role is fully remote but requires commuting distance to one of the office locations. The Contract Legal TA Coordinator will be an essential member of a national recruiting team, supporting the growth of a designated practice group across all levels of lawyer hiring.What You Will DoAssists and coordinates all activities related to the full life cycle of a lateral candidate, including creating job requisitions and postings, maintaining candidate files, coordinating interview schedules, compiling candidate feedback, and preparing standard offer letters.Why It Might Be a FitMust be able to work flexible/additional hours periodically as needed. Must be a team player with a self-starter attitude.
