The opportunities have never been better! **Duties** * Oversee daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi\-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication. * Manage scheduling for technicians, appointments, and service calls to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction. * Supervise training and operational staff, providing training and development to foster a motivated and skilled team. We are here to cultivate future leaders for our expansion nationwide. * Proactively coordinate vendor relationships, including procurement of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely deliveries and cost\-effective purchasing. * Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payroll processing using QuickBooks, and maintaining accurate financial records. * Assist with human resources functions including employee onboarding, filing HR documentation, and supporting team management initiatives, as well as * Organize company events and training sessions to promote team cohesion and ongoing professional development. * Have the tenacity to keep the vision and mission of our organization.
