We are deeply embedded in Medicaid, Health & Human Services (HHS), and large-scale government modernization programs, with a strong reputation for delivery execution, client trust, and disciplined growth.Role Overview:S2Tech is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to support the company’s next phase of growth by driving profitable, predictable revenue across public sector and HHS clients. This role is focused on sales execution, pipeline ownership, and follow-through, complementing S2Tech’s established delivery and leadership capabilities. Success in this role is measured by converted engagements, effective pipeline management, and consistent deal progression.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Execution & Pipeline Ownership (Primary Focus)Own and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned to S2Tech’s service offerings (PMO, QA, OCM, Medicaid/MES, and HHS modernization)Advance opportunities from identification through close with discipline and accountabilityMaintain accurate pipeline forecasts and communicate deal status, risks, and next stepsClient ExpansionIdentify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing S2Tech client accountsTranslate strong delivery performance into follow-on scope, extensions, and new statements of workCoordinate executive involvement at appropriate points in the sales cycleNet-New Relationship Development (Secondary Focus)Introduce new agencies and buying organizations to S2Tech over timeLeverage existing professional relationships to seed qualified new opportunitiesNet-new success is measured by closed engagements, not meetings or introductionsProposal & Opportunity CoordinationLead opportunity qualification and readinessCoordinate with delivery, recruiting, and marketing teams on proposal responsesEnsure alignment between sales commitments and delivery realitiesImportant Notes About This RoleThis is not a transactional or cold-calling sales roleThis position operates within a delivery-led organization and requires close collaboration with delivery and executive leadershipSuccess in this role depends on execution discipline, follow-through, and the ability to convert opportunities into signed engagementsQualifications:Required8+ years of experience selling professional services in Medicaid, HHS, MES, or related public sector environmentsProven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesExperience selling consulting or services-based offerings (not products)Strong understanding of government procurement and contracting processesDemonstrated success expanding revenue within existing client accountsPreferredPrior experience introducing net-new public sector clients into a services organizationComfort operating in a metrics-driven, accountable sales environmentCompensationCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based incentive compensationAdditional upside for net-new client wins and expanded client engagementsWhy Join S2TechStrong delivery reputation and trusted public-sector client relationshipsClear operating model, expectations, and executive supportCompensation aligned to long-term, sustainable growthOpportunity to materially influence S2Tech’s next phase of growthS2Tech is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.Originally posted on Himalayas
