In this role, you'll manage creator ecosystems across a growing portfolio of brands, build and scale affiliate communities, and run campaigns that drive real revenue through TikTok Shop. You'll work directly with creators every day - testing content angles, spotting trends before they peak, and using performance data to make fast, informed decisions.
