FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Development Manager in Uruguay. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in the region of Uruguay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape.Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Uruguay Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnershipsDevelop and execute business development strategies in line with company goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliatesMonitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industryCollaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliantPrepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional DirectorRepresent the company at industry events, expos, and webinarsCandidate Profile:2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry is a mustStrong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clientsSolid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage servicesNative Spanish and fluent in EnglishExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environmentUnderstanding of compliance and regulatory requirementsWill be considered a plus:Experience expanding into emerging markets (e.g., LATAM)Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cellxpert, Zendesk)Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fieldOur offer:Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadershipAbility to contribute to dynamic business at a growth phaseHigh level of autonomy, support of ideas and putting your expertise into the best practices for the companyContinuous personal development, training budget, growth with the company and opportunity to learn from industry leadersCompetitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemesVibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrationsFully remote work Journey to FP Markets:Interview with HR (30 - 45 min) to assess match to our cultureInterview with your future manager (45 min - 1 hour) to assess match to the job and the team and discuss role expectationsJoin our team and be a part of a professional, rapidly-growing company operating in a multicultural environment!Please kindly send your CV in English and specify your salary expectations in USDOriginally posted on Himalayas
