The Staff Engineer, R&D AI Tooling will be responsible for pushing the company's AI tooling dramatically further, accelerating and compounding R&D workflows, and tackling bottlenecks that cap autonomous throughput.What You Will DoShip real engineering work every week in the same codebase and on the same problems as the rest of the team, accelerate and compound R&D workflows, tackle bottlenecks that cap autonomous throughput, train and certify engineers on new workflows, and level up the team's evals, tooling, and prompt engineering practices.Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have agentic development fluency, AI fluency with judgment, and a leveling instinct.
