Saving children.®*** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Description** ------------------- As a Associate III, you will serve as a key point of contact for donors and supporters through multiple communication channels, helping to strengthen engagement and support fundraising efforts that advance the St. Jude mission. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, participants, businesses, and community organizations. * Provide outstanding service through phone, email, chat, text messaging, and social media platforms. * Support fundraising efforts and Fitness Programs through participant engagement, donor stewardship, and customer service. * Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and requests. * Accurately document interactions and input information into various software systems and databases. * Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and communicate updates effectively. * Prepare reports, track participant and donor information, and assist with administrative tasks. * Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity. * Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment. ### **Required Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum of **2 years of experience** in customer service, sales, call center operations, or a related field. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage audiences across multiple communication platforms. * Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to build r
