The organization is known for integrating advanced BIM workflows with in-house fabrication, automation technologies, and end-to-end project delivery across design, manufacturing, and installation. What You Will Do Lead and manage Revit MEP (HVAC-R) and fabrication models for large-scale, complex projects Define and enforce BIM execution plans, modeling standards, and Level of Development (LOD) strategies Drive design-to-fabrication workflows, ensuring models are fully constructible and fabrication-ready Oversee pipe, duct, and spool modularization strategies Integrate BIM models with CNC machines, robotic welding systems, and profile cutting technologies Support fabrication tracking systems, including QR/barcode labeling and production status monitoring Collaborate with fabrication teams to resolve clashes, tolerances, and sequencing challenges Manage coordination workflows using Revit, Navisworks, and point cloud data Lead clash detection processes and ensure timely issue resolution Support full project lifecycle delivery—from concept design to fabrication, installation, QA/QC, and as-built documentation Mentor and guide MEP draftspersons and BIM technicians Coordinate with engineers, project managers, fabrication teams, and external vendors RequirementsWho You Are 5+ years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP, with a strong focus on HVAC-R systems At least 2 years of experience in HVAC-R piping drafting Proven experience managing Revit models at scale for complex projects Strong understanding of MEP construction and fabrication workflows Detail-oriented with the ability to translate design intent into fabrication-ready outputs Comfortable working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments Preferred but not required: Experience with large-scale ammonia refrigeration systems Background in data center or industrial facility projects Experience working with American or European firms with in-house fabrication capabilities Exposure to full lifecycle delivery: design → fabrication → installation → QA/QC Familiarity with automation tools, robotic welding, and fabrication data ecosystems BenefitsWhy You’ll Love Working Here HMO, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and one free dependent from day one (with the option to enroll additional dependents) Paid Leaves: Birthday, Vacation, Medical, and Maternity (up to 6 Vacation Leaves are convertible to cash on your anniversary) Employee Engagement Activities: Year-End Party, Family Day, Team Building, and more!
