**HR Recruiter – Work From Home** **Turning Pro Network** \| Full\-time \| 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday **About the Role** We are looking for a proactive, detail\-oriented HR Recruiter to join our remote hiring team. You will source, screen and coordinate candidates across multiple roles and industries. This is a performance\-driven role with clear targets and growth opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Make 180\-200 calls daily * Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn and social media * Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews * Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers * Maintain and update the candidate database, data entries and follow\-up trackers * Support hiring drives, internship outreach and diversity recruitment * Meet business targets and ensure timely closure of mandates **Requirements** * Any graduate or postgraduate * 0\-2 years of recruitment experience preferred; freshers and interns with strong intent may apply * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and meet daily and business targets * Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets and job boards * Own laptop, stable Wi\-Fi connection and proper power backup * Must be able to visit our Pune office 2\-3 days a month * Minimum commitment of 3 years **What We Offer** * Salary of 8,000 – 9,000 per month \+ incentives based on your performance * Company\-provided SIM card * Growth opportunities **How to Apply** Email your resume to **hire@turningpro.co.in** (subject: “HR Recruiter – WFH”) or WhatsApp/call **8237056025**.
