Approximately 80% of this role will focus on proposal writing and proposal development, including drafting, editing, organizing, and submitting high\-quality, compliant federal proposals. The remaining 20% will support business development and sales activities, including reviewing new opportunities, coordinating meetings, responding to opportunity requests, maintaining the opportunity pipeline, and assisting leadership throughout the federal procurement lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with strong project management skills who thrives in a deadline\-driven environment. They should be highly organized, detail\-oriented, comfortable collaborating across multiple teams, and eager to help improve proposal quality and business development processes through AI\-enabled tools and automation. *This is a full\-time position for candidates located in the DMV area. KeenLogic offers Fortune 500\-level benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance.* **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. * 3\+ years of experience writing and supporting federal government proposals. * Experience responding to RFIs, Sources Sought Notices, RFQs, and RFPs. * Strong proposal writing, technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills. * Experience managing proposal schedules from kickoff through submission. * Experience developing compliance matrices, proposal outlines, schedules, and submission checklists. * Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple proposals and competing deadlines s
