**Position Overview**
KeenLogic is seeking an experienced **Federal Proposal Manager \& Writer** to lead the development of high\-quality, compliant proposals while supporting the company's overall business development and capture efforts.
This position is responsible for managing the proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through submission, coordinating proposal activities across internal teams, writing and editing proposal content, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements, and maintaining proposal assets and documentation.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, highly organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. They should also be passionate about improving proposal processes through automation and AI\-enabled tools while supporting business development initiatives that position KeenLogic for continued growth.
*This is a full\-time position for candidates located in the DMV area. The role is primarily remote, with preference for candidates who are open to working onsite at KeenLogic’s Herndon, VA office once per week. **Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience managing and writing federal government proposals.
* Experience responding to RFIs, Sources Sought, RFQs, and RFPs.
* Experience managing proposals from kickoff through final submission.
* Strong proposal writing, technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Experience developing compliance matrices, proposal outlines, schedules, and submission checklists.
* Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple proposals and competing deadlines simultaneously.
* Experience collaborating with executives, technical subject matter experts, recruiters, and teaming partners.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
