Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer

We are looking for candidates for the role of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer/ Order Entry Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting customers’ specifications for fabrication orders. They will determine customer requirements, take orders, and enter detailed information into the system that is used for machine automation.Essential FunctionsReviews drawings, glass specification and fabrication provided by customer.Review, enters and checks orders in computer system received from customers.Receives, enters and processes change orders.Communicates with team internally to complete and process the order correctly.Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.Produces drawings in AutoCAD, and other custom CAD softwarePerforms CNC programming and process order through other available custom softwarePerforms other related duties as required.RequirementsDegree in Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.1 year of experience working in a manufacturing/fabrication/building materials environment.3 years of CAD and Computer Numerical Control machine programming experience.Knowledge of basic mathematical measurements and geometry.Ability to calculate figures and amounts, and to interpret technical instructions in diagram form.Computer proficient in MS Office, Internet and phone skills.Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to deal with rapidly changing priorities.Willing to work at night and during the PH Holidays.Has a minimum internet speed of 50mbps and preferably with a back-upBenefitsHealth InsurancePaid Time OffPermanent Work-from-home Set-upOriginally posted on Himalayas
