**Position Summary** A\&R Maritime Construction Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Services Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for construction projects from planning through completion. This fully remote role is responsible for coordinating project documentation, scheduling meetings, tracking project milestones, supporting vendor communications, and ensuring project information is maintained accurately. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional organizational and customer service support. **Responsibilities** **Project Coordination** * Assist with coordinating project activities, timelines, and administrative tasks. * Monitor project milestones and communicate status updates to internal teams. * Schedule project meetings and maintain project calendars. * Support project managers with day\-to\-day coordination activities. **Documentation \& Reporting** * Prepare, organize, and maintain digital project files and documentation. * Update project trackers, reports, and administrative records. * Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible. * Assist with preparing meeting agendas, notes, and project summaries. **Client \& Vendor Support** * Respond to general inquiries from clients, vendors, and business partners. * Coordinate communications between internal departments and external stakeholders. * Assist with vendor onboarding documentation and project correspondence. * Maintain professional and timely communication throughout project lifecycles. **Administrative Support** * Perform data entry and maintain accurate information within company systems. * Track project\-related requests and ensure timely follow\-up. * Assist with contract administration, document routing, and operational reporting. * Support additional administrative and project support initiatives as assigned. **Qualifications** **Required** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, administrative support, customer service, construction administration, logistics, operations support, or office management. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web\-based collaboration tools. **Preferred** * Experience supporting construction, engineering, marine, infrastructure, transportation, or industrial service organizations. * Familiarity with project management software, CRM systems, document management platforms, or scheduling software. * Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. * Previous remote work experience. **Skills** * Project coordination * Administrative support * Customer service * Communication * Organization * Time management * Attention to
