Every lead you work with has already raised their hand—whether through a form fill, inbound call, or marketing campaign. Your role is to connect, build trust, and **sell the value of the visit**—earning the opportunity for our Sales Consultants to step into the home.

**What Makes This Role Different**

If a customer says "call me in 10 days"—you call them in 10 days. You build the relationship from first touch through appointment confirmation.
**What You'll Do**
* Handle **100\+ daily inbound and outbound interactions** with energy and consistency
* **Schedule in\-home and virtual consultations** by positioning the value of the visit
* Build trust quickly through **active listening, empathy, and clear communication**
* **Own your leads from start to finish**—including follow\-ups and callbacks
* Perform **rehash work**—re\-engage and convert previously unclosed opportunities
* **Confidently overcome objections**, including saving cancelled appointments
* Deliver a **high\-quality customer experience across phone and chat**
* Navigate multiple systems while maintaining strong organization and accuracy
* Track activity and performance in CRM tools
* Continuously improve your approach, messaging, and results
