As an IT Support, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal and operational staff. This role involves managing hardware, software, and network-related issues, performing system installations and maintenance, and supporting users both onsite and remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.System Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, operating systems, and applications.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve system and application errors, ensuring minimal business disruption.Remote Assistance: Provide support to onsite and remote users using IT management tools.User Training & Guidance: Educate staff on proper use of IT systems, software, and protocols.Helpdesk Management: Log, track, and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution.System Monitoring: Oversee system and network performance to maintain operational efficiency.Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage IT access, equipment setup, and deactivation.IT Procurement Coordination: Work with vendors for hardware, software, and services.System Administration: Assist in managing platforms including Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Monday.com, Fortigate, Windows Server, CCTV, and IT InventoryQualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and system administration tools.Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.Language: Proficient in English (verbal and written).What We OfferHere at Acxelsus, our people come first.
