This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise in warehouse management and logistics will make a tangible impact. **Responsibilities** * Manage warehouse inventory using advanced inventory management software and ERP systems, ensuring stock accuracy and proper stocking procedures. * Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including load and unload operations, using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. * Execute order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes efficiently to meet delivery deadlines. * Maintain detailed data entry records related to inventory movements, shipments, and warehouse activities with precision. * Optimize warehouse distribution workflows by implementing best practices in warehouse operations and logistics strategies. * Ensure compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards during shipping logistics processes. * Support warehouse safety protocols by operating equipment like the reach truck safely and adhering to health and safety guidelines. **Qualifications** * Proven experience working in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in inventory management software such as AS400 or similar ERP systems. * Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking, packing, and inventory management techniques. * Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners; certification preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes. * Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to shipping weights or quantities. * Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively. * Prior experience with e\-commerce fulfillment processes is advantageous.
