Events Content Moderator

The visual round that gets everyone talking. The trivia question someone can't stop thinking about on the drive home. At Sporcle Events, we create live trivia experiences enjoyed by thousands of players each week across the country. We're looking for a creative, detail\-oriented Events Content Moderator to help develop the content that brings those experiences to life. If you enjoy writing, editing, organizing information, and making good ideas even better, we'd love to meet you. **What You'll Do** As an Events Content Moderator, you'll help create and manage the content used in our live trivia events by: ● Writing, editing, and proofreading engaging general knowledge trivia questions across a variety of topics. ● Creating and editing audio clips and music playlists for live trivia events. ● Developing visual content, including slides, social media clues, and visual rounds. ● Supporting custom content requests for private and corporate events. ● Entering, organizing, and maintaining question sets and event content in DASH and Salesforce. ● Reviewing content for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and quality before it reaches our hosts. ● Collaborating with team members to develop new content and improve existing games. ● Supporting additional content and production projects as business needs evolve. **This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You...** ● Love writing, editing, or creating content. ● Have an eye for detail and naturally catch errors others miss. ● Enjoy balancing creativity with organization. ● Like learning new things and have a broad interest in topics like pop culture, history, music, sports, science, geography, entertainment, or current events. ● Can manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality. ● Take ownership of your work and enjoy finding ways to improve processes and content. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications ● Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. ● Experience creating visual content using Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools. ● Comfort learning and using multiple technology platforms and content management systems. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teammates. ● Strong time management and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** ● Experience writing trivia, entertainment, educational, or marketing content. ● Experience creating or editing audio content and playlists. ● Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. ● A genuine appreciation for trivia, games, and creating engaging experiences. **The Basics** ● Part\-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week. ● Fully remote. ● Most work ca
