Full Stack Software Engineer (Tech Lead)

Overview: We're looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead with deep expertise across the frontend (React, TypeScript, CSS, HTML) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, OpenAPI, relational databases) stack to lead our app team. You'll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive systems design decisions across the platform. Working closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers, you'll iterate quickly on features, improve performance, and build out a secure, scalable platform for real\-world military and government users.
