About the position:The International B2B2C Account Executivesits onthe teamresponsible for generating a consistent flow of qualified B2B2C leads that AMO’s sales team converts into clinical experience bookings. You will build and manage a portfolio of B2B2C partnerships with international medical schools, education agents, healthcare institutions, and related organizations abroad — contracting these partners to authorize AMO to manage webinars, student recruitment campaigns, and marketing plans on their behalf. The success of this role is measured by the volume and quality of B2B2C leads delivered into the sales pipeline. You will own the full lifecycle of each partner account: identifying and qualifying high-potential institutions, closing partnership agreements, and then activating those partnerships to produce qualified student leads. Your work blends outbound sales, account management, and demand generation — using webinars, presentations, and joint marketing to move partner students from awareness to qualified lead status, where AMO’s sales team takes over to convert them into booked clinical experiences. Occasional international and domestic travel may berequired.While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Texas, or Wisconsin.Essential Functions: Generate a consistent volume of qualified B2B2C leads from partner institutions and deliver them into AMO’s sales pipeline for conversion into clinical experience bookingsBuild and manage a portfolio of B2B2C partner accounts — international medical schools, education agents, and healthcare organizations — whose students AMO is contracted to recruit, market to, and qualify as leads for the sales teamIdentify, qualify, and close new partnership agreements that grant AMO the rights to manage webinars, student outreach, and marketing campaigns on the partner’s behalfLead AMO “Pitch” presentationswith deans, program directors, agency owners, and other decision-makers toacquirenew partnerships and reinforce existing onesBuild a pipeline of qualified B2B2C opportunities through targeted outreach, market research, and proactive identification of emerging international markets for AMO clinical experiencesPlan, schedule, and deliver partner-facing webinars and virtual student events designed to capture student interest and produce qualified leads for the sales teamCollaborate with Marketing to develop partner-specific landing pages, HubSpot workflows, and co-branded campaign assets that capture, nurture, and qualify partner students into sales-ready leadsDevelop and execute joint marketing plans with each partner institution — including content calendars, email sequences, social outreach, and event programming — to maximize qualified lead volume per accountPartner closely with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria, ensure smooth handoffs, gather feedback on lead quality, and continuously improve conversion from qualified lead to booked clinical experienceNegotiate contracts and partnership agreements with international medical schools, agents, and organizations, ensuring long-term, revenue-generating collaborationsManage ongoing relationships with key partners at multiple levels of the organization, keeping partners engaged, well-supported, and on track to meet agreed-upon student referral targets Track lead volume, lead quality, and downstream conversion-to-booking performance by partner account;identifyunderperforming relationships and develop intervention plans to grow qualified leads per partnerMaintain an active directory of key personnel at healthcare schools, agencies, and high-value partner organizations throughout the worldStay current on the latest trends in medical education, healthcare workforce
