Labcorp is seeking a Sr Recruiter to join its Corporate Talent Acquisition team in a remote capacity. **Work Schedule** Full\-time position with standard business hours; flexibility required to meet recruiting demands and deadlines. **Work Location** Remote **Job Responsibilities** **Full\-Cycle Recruiting** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle for up to 30 active requisitions across high\-volume and professional roles * Identify, engage, and assess internal and external candidates using proactive sourcing techniques * Deliver consistent pipeline development for current and future hiring needs **Stakeholder Partnership \& Workforce Planning** * Partner with business stakeholders across corporate functions to support hiring strategies and workforce needs * Provide labor market data and recruiting insights to influence hiring decisions and pipeline strategies * Align recruiting activities with business priorities and organizational strategy **Sourcing \& Talent Attraction** * Execute strategic sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach) * Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles **Systems \& Metrics Management** * Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and compliance requirements * Achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics, including requisition load, time\-to\-fill, and candidate throughput **AI Fluency** * Use AI\-powered recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, resume screening tools, chat\-based engagement tools, scheduling tools) to support candidate identification and outreach * Apply generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot,) to develop job descriptions, sourcing campaigns, and recruiting strategy * Leverage AI\-driven analytics and insights to improve candidate matching, pipeline quality, and recruiting efficiency **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree * 6 years or **more years of recruiting experience** **Preferred Qualifications** * **5 or more years of experience** recruiting within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical services environments * **3 or more years of experience** using Workday Recruiting modules * **5 or more years of experience** supporting corporate function hiring (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Legal) * Professional certification such as **SHRM\-CP, SHRM\-SCP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter** **Additional Job Standards** * Demonstrated communication and stakeholder relationship management skills * Strong organizational skills with attention to det
