**Job Overview** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and energetic Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will help support the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and possesses a strong foundation in accounting principles and profecient in Quickbooks. **Duties** * Manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations using accounting software QuickBooks online. * Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections * Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain precise financial records * Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries to support management decision\-making * Assist with budgeting processes, financial analysis, and account analysis to optimize financial performance * Ensure compliance with governmental accounting requirements and tax regulations; prepare necessary documentation for audits or reviews **Skills** * Extensive experience with accounting software QuickBooks (including QuickBooks Online) * Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for data analysis and report writing * Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and 10 key typing proficiency for data entry accuracy * Strong understanding of tax processes related to business operations Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining impeccable financial integrity while supporting the organization’s growth.
