Job Description

As an SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for our field sales team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedInBuild and research prospect lists within assigned territories and target accountsExecute outreach sequences using established messaging and templatesPersonalize outreach when appropriate while maintaining consistent messagingQualify prospects and schedule meetings for the appropriate field sales representativeMaintain accurate records and activity within Salesforce and OutreachCreate and update opportunities following established sales processesCommunicate meeting details and prospect context to Account Executives through Slack and CRMMaintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reportingCollaborate closely with the sales team to continuously improve outreach effortsRequirements 2+ years of experience in outbound Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales Experience with high-volume cold callingStrong written and verbal English communication skillsExperience booking meetings for Account Executives or outside sales teamsExperience using Salesforce or another CRMComfortable learning and following established sales processesStrong organization and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications B2B SaaS sales experienceExperience selling into education, school districts, public sector, healthcare, food service, or nutrition-related industriesExperience using Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar sales engagement platformsExperience researching accounts and identifying buying personasBenefitsHireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
