Our work sits at the intersection of AI, creative operations, marketing technology, and enterprise\-scale automation—helping large organizations streamline content production, improve collaboration, and scale brand consistency using intelligent systems. **The Opportunity** We’re seeking a **Writer.com Consultant / AI Agent Builder** to help the Xfinity Creative Technology team design and operationalize next\-generation AI tools for creative and marketing workflows. This role blends AI strategy, **workflow automation**, conversational UX, prompt engineering, and creative operations enablement. You’ll help build and maintain intelligent AI agents that automate content processes, enhance collaboration, and improve speed, quality, and consistency across enterprise creative teams. You’ll work hands\-on within Writer.com’s agentic ecosystem while also applying transferable experience from adjacent AI platforms and orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate understands how to design AI\-assisted workflows—not just write prompts. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise\-scale AI systems that support thousands of internal users across content, marketing, and creative operations. **In This Role You Will** * Serve as a Writer.com platform consultant and **AI workflow** expert for the Xfinity Creative Technology team. * Build, test, optimize, and maintain **AI Agents** that streamline content creation, QA, approvals, and operational workflows. * Design connected multi\-agent workflows using AI Studio and related orchestration frameworks. * Configure Ask Writer experiences that guide users through brand, process, and content tasks. * Deploy Playbooks to automate repetitive or data\-driven content operations. * Curate and maintain a scalable Agent Library with reusable templates, prompts, and workflows. * Collaborate with martech, creative, content, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities. * Translate complex AI concepts into approachable workflows for creative and marketing users. * Support governance, documentation, adoption, and AI best practices across enterprise teams. * Prototype and iterate rapidly on emerging AI use cases and operational workflows. **Job Responsibilities** * Map and document content production workflows to identify **AI augmentation** opportunities. * Configure **AI workflows** and prompt logic aligned to tone, brand, compliance, and operational standards. * Partner with
