Training will be provided, but experience with the following areas is desired: * Office 365/Azure Support * Remote and On\-Site Support * Desktop Support * Microsoft (Exchange, Active Directory) * Server OS * VMWare Esx * Network Troubleshooting (routers, switches, access points, VOIP phone systems) * Cat5/Cat6 cabling Certifications are not required; however, they will prove beneficial for this position.
