About the role:Gartner Analysts are industry thought leaders who create must-have insights and best practices for a broad range of world-leading organizations. The Analyst plays a significant role in producing pragmatic and provocative insights which Gartner clients consume and apply to propel their business toward key objectives.This Analyst will also lead internal insights discussions among fellow Analysts and collaborate across Gartner’s Assurance Practice. This Analyst is a trusted source of advice for clients, discussing complex client challenges and offering appropriate recommendations. You will reinforce Gartner’s value daily by engaging clients via 1:1 virtual meeting, sales support visits and our practice’s conferences. This Analyst will write and speak about best practices in Compliance Program Management and Compliance Risk Technology.Who You Are:We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and ideas-driven individual to help serve clients who lead Compliance programs. You enjoy helping clients achieve their mission-critical priorities, and you excel in collaboration, quickly building rapport and trust with both clients and colleagues. You're a confident presenter with a strong executive presence. Your analytical thinking allows you to quickly process information and make actionable recommendations.Please note, this is an individual contributor role, not a leadership position with direct reports.What you will do: Create high-quality, clear, actionable, “must-have insights” and written content in Compliance Program Management. Specific focus areas will include compliance risk technology (such as TPRM technology) and compliance risk monitoring & analytics.Research, analyze and predict compliance risk technology trends and shifts and provide clients with actionable insights.Conduct research and analysis on compliance risk technologies and produce innovative, thought-leading, impactful, analytically deep, fact-based research.Apply critical thinking skills to de-construct and frame challenging client questions.Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions.Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings.Actively participate in innovation, ideation and research efforts to discuss research issues; Collaborate effectively with peers in the Assurance community.What you will need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience10+ years of relevant experience with compliance risk technologies (e.g., TPRM technology solutions, regulatory intelligence solutions, GRC technology solutions), compliance risk monitoring and analytics, and related areasDeep knowledge of the Chief Compliance Officer role Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions.Superior analytical skills while applying conceptual models and recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions.Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables.Executive presence; credibility with executives and additional stakeholders.Who are we?
