Job Description

**Booker Keeper/Office Manager Job Responsibilities:** * Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies * Create licensor royalty reports based on revenue recieved * Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure * Paying vendor invoices * Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the Accountant of errors * Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies * Preparing employee wages * Managing employee expense claims * Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. * Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. * Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Job Type: Part\-time Pay: From $25\.00 per hour Experience: * Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote
