Bigpay - User Growth Lead - Latam

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and data-driven User Growth Lead to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and ecosystem expansion for Binance’s BigPay platform in the LatAM market.Requirements5+ years of experience in user growth, growth marketing, product growth, or platform growth roles.Strong understanding of user growth concepts, lifecycle management, and acquisition channels.Experience in fintech, digital banking, crypto payments, crypto cards, or related financial ecosystems.Proven experience launching and scaling growth campaigns with measurable business outcomes.Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.Ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to explore non-traditional growth opportunities and new customer segments.Experience in LatAM markets is highly preferred.Excellent project management and execution capabilities.Experience in platform ecosystem growth or e-commerce growth strategies.Familiarity with referral systems, partnership-led growth, and community-driven acquisition.Experience working in high-growth startups or fintech environments.Knowledge of crypto/web3 user behavior and payment ecosystems is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salaryCompany benefitsOriginally posted on Himalayas
